سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال والاسترداد

في فابروزا (Fabrosa)، رضاكم هو غايتنا الأساسية. ونظراً لأن منتجاتنا تشمل مخاوير تفصّل خصيصاً لكم وأخرى جاهزة، يرجى الاطلاع على شروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال التالية لضمان تجربة عادلة وواضحة:

1. المنتجات القابلة للاسترجاع والاستبدال (القطع الجاهزة)

  • يحق للزبونة طلب استرجاع أو استبدال القطع الجاهزة فقط خلال 48 ساعة من تاريخ استلام الشحنة.

  • شروط قبول المنتجات: يجب أن تكون القطعة في حالتها الأصلية غير مستخدمة، غير مغسولة، بملصقاتها الأصلية

  • (Tags)، وفي غلافها الأصلي.

2. المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع والاستبدال (القطع المفصّلة)

  • القطع التي تُفصّل حسب الطلب (Made-to-Order): لا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها نظراً لأنها صُممت ونُفذت بناءً على المقاسات والألوان المحددة من قِبل الزبونة.

  • الاستثناء الوحيد: في حال وجود خطأ مصنعي واضح من قِبلنا في التطريز، أو تلف في القماش، أو إرسال مقاس مختلف تماماً عما تم طلبه؛ سنقوم بتحمل كافة التكاليف واستبدال القطعة أو رد المبلغ بالكامل.

3. خطوات الاسترجاع واسترداد الأموال (Refund Process)

  • للتعديل أو طلب الاسترجاع، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكترونيfabrosa.ae@gmail.com أو الواتساب مع إرفاق (رقم الطلب، وصورة للمنتج).

  •  أو 50 درهم للمناطق النائية في حال الاسترجاع (للأسباب غير المصنعية)، تتحمل الزبونة رسوم الشحن لإعادة القطعة (30 درهم إماراتي).

  • بعد استلامنا للقطعة وفحصها والتأكد من سلامتها، سيتم معالجة المستردات:

    • الدفع الإلكتروني (Apple Pay / بطاقة ائتمان): يتم إعادة المبلغ لنفس البطاقة وتستغرق من 5 - 10 أيام عمل حسب سياسة البنك الخاص بكِ.

    • الدفع عند الاستلام (إن وُجد): يتم تحويل المبلغ عبر الحساب البنكي للزبونة خلال 3 أيام عمل من فحص المنتج.


Return and Refund Policy

At Fabrosa, your satisfaction is our priority. Since our collection includes both tailored-to-order and ready-to-wear Makhawir, please review our policy below for a clear and fair shopping experience:

1. Eligible Items for Return & Exchange (Ready-to-Wear)

  • Returns or exchanges for Ready-to-Wear pieces are accepted within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

  • Condition of Items: The item must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items (Made-to-Order)

  • Custom/Tailored Items: Products custom-made or tailored specifically to your chosen size and specifications cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • The Only Exception: If there is a clear manufacturing defect, damage to the fabric upon arrival, or a mistake on our part with the requested specifications, we will gladly bear all shipping costs and offer a full refund or exchange.

3. Refund & Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at fabrosa.ae@gmail.com or via WhatsApp +971504146882 , providing your (Order Number and photos of the item).

  • For standard returns (not due to a defect), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee (AED 30), and AED 50 for remote area.

  • Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed:

    • Credit Card / Apple Pay: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days, depending on your bank's policy.

    • Cash on Delivery (if applicable): The refund will be processed via bank transfer within 3 business dayspost-inspection.
